ShapeMed Custom Insoles are 3D-printed orthotic insoles, also known as arch support shoe inserts or inner soles, moulded to the exact shape of your feet. You order online and submit a few foot photos to get a Foot Scan ID, then our team builds a pair tailored to your specific foot condition. They slip inside any closed shoe and support your foot from the ground up.

How they are made
Two-layer construction with variable-density foam for all-day comfort:
Base layer, 3D-printed TPU: flexible and durable, giving a coiled-spring effect underfoot.
Top layer, premium EVA: natural shock absorption and cushioning.
Every pair includes custom-fit 3D-printed arch support, a deep compressible heel cup, metatarsal pads to spread forefoot pressure, and an extra heel cushion.
Common questions
How long until I feel the benefit? Wear them in any closed shoe and build up gradually: 2 to 5 hours in week one, 5 to 8 hours in week two. Most people feel the benefit of true arch support by week three.
What is the warranty? A 6-month replacement warranty on every pair, covering manufacturing defects and any fitting issue. Custom insoles are non-refundable.

What sizes are available? UK 3 to UK 13, matched to your foot length in centimetres. Measure from your heel to your longest toe and check the size chart before ordering.
