Customised Products:

If you let us know within 2 hours, we will do a full refund. Once the order goes into processing, unfortunately, we can’t do refund because each sole is being made customized. However, we refund 80% of the amount, if the order is canceled the next day subject to the condition product hasn’t gone into the manufacturing stage.

Replacement - If for some reason, there's some defect in the product within the first 6 months, we do the replacement free of cost.

Ready Made Arch Product:

Arch support slippers, Arch support shoes and arch support insoles, has limited warranty of 3 months.

If there is sizing issue you can get it exchanged within 10 days(If product is unused).​
