This Privacy Policy explains how Shapecrunch Technology Pvt Ltd ("Shapecrunch", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Shapecrunch measurement application for iOS (the "App") and related services, including custom orthotics and footwear ordering.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of personal information:
Foot images and scan data. Photographs and measurement scans of your feet that you capture using the App. These are used to generate accurate measurements for custom orthotics and footwear. Depending on how this data is used in your jurisdiction, foot images and derived measurements may be treated as health-related or biometric information.
Personal identifiers. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address, where provided.
Health-related information. Information you choose to share about foot conditions, pain, medical history, podiatry needs, or related symptoms, where relevant to providing orthotic products and recommendations.
Device and technical information. Device type, operating system version, app version, and basic diagnostic data needed for the App to function.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone we know to be under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). See Section 11.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

10. Apple App Store Disclosures
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. In line with Apple's requirements:

The App requests permission to access your camera to capture foot images for measurement. You can manage this permission at any time in your device Settings.

We do not use third-party tracking that links your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you of material changes.
