How the Shapecrunch home visit works
The process has five steps, from booking to delivery.
Book your home visit. Call 9999218839 or go to the Book Appointment page. Share your city, address, and your foot problem. We confirm a date and time that suits you.
Foot assessment at home. Our team member asks about your pain areas, daily activity, and the footwear you use most. They look at your arch, heel alignment and how you stand and walk.
Foot scan with a smartphone. Your feet are scanned using the Shapecrunch mobile scanning technology. No plaster cast or foam box is needed.
Design and 3D printing. The scan is converted into a 3D model of your foot. Our team designs the correction your feet need, and the product is made in India for your foot shape.
Delivery to your door. Your customised footwear is shipped to your home. Custom insoles are delivered within 7 working days, with free shipping across India.
How do we scan your feet at home?
The Shapecrunch foot scan uses a smartphone camera instead of bulky clinic equipment. This is what makes a home visit possible.
Photos of your feet. A few pictures of each foot capture its shape, arch height and heel position.
Gait video. A short video of you walking shows how your feet roll in or out (pronation and supination).
Foot details. Pain areas, activity level, shoe size and shoe type are recorded with the scan.
3D model. Our software converts the images into a 3D model of your foot, which becomes the base for your insole or footbed.
The scan takes a few minutes and is painless. It is safe for children, older adults and people with diabetes. You only need to be barefoot, with trousers rolled up to the knee.
How to prepare for the visit
Keep the shoes you wear most often ready, so the insoles can be matched to them.
Keep any doctor's prescription, X-ray or earlier foot report at hand.
Clear a small space with a flat floor and good light for the scan and walking video.

Custom insoles have a 3D-printed base shaped to your foot, with a cushioning foam layer on top. Each pair is given the arch support, heel cup and wedging your feet need.
