Cancellation and Replacement Policy

180-DAY, EASY REPLACEMENT POLICY:
We, at Shapecrunch, are committed to providing you the best quality insoles for you in the most convenient way. However, in the rare case that there is some issue in the insoles, we allow you to initiate a replacement within 90 days of delivery.*
Once received back at our facility, along with an invoice, you will receive the replaced insoles within the next 7 working days.

HOW CAN I GET MY INSOLES REPLACED?
Follow these easy steps to complete your replacement:
1. Email us at fitfeet@shapecrunch.com or call/whatsapp on +91-8800790785 to inform us about the issue.
2. Ship the product to us, along with the invoice on the below address:

3. Once we receive the product at our facility, we will do a quality inspection of the product and then start the replacement process at our end.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We custom make each pair of insoles specifically for you – we can’t reuse an insole made for you, for anyone else, should you choose to cancel your order. However, we want you to be able to try Shapecrunch insoles 100% risk-free. Thereafter, if you would like to cancel your order for any reason, the following are the terms and conditions for the same.
1. If the order is cancelled within two days of making the payment, the amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting a processing fee of INR 500.
2. If the order is cancelled between two days to before the order is shipped, INR 2000 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer
3. If the order is cancelled after the order is shipped, no refund will be provided to the customer.

In all the above cases, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, HOW DOES THE REFUND PROCESS WORK?
Once the cancellation process has been completed by the customer, we will refund the money back to you (subject to the cancellation policy) via the original mode of payment.
1. If you have paid online through credit/debit card, the refund will be processed on the same card.
2. If you have paid through cash, your money will be refunded through NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the cancellation process, we will contact you for your bank account details for refund.
3. For cash refunds, it may take up to 2-3 days to initiate the refund. It could take up to 3-4 business days for the money to be returned back to your bank account, depending on your bank.

Terms and Conditions
1. In all cases, we replace the insoles free of cost except for cases where damage is caused due to the customer ordering the insole for one shoe type but using it in another shoe type. For ex – The customer orders insoles for sports shoes but tries to wear them in formal shoes which damages them.
2. The cost of shipping the product back to us for replacement will be borne by the customer.
3. All insoles sent back for exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice, which will be shipped along with the order.
4. Before accepting the delivery of the product, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.
